SL-480D Automatic Blister Packaging Machine for kinder joy egg is specially designed by our professional technical team in 2016. It is the first automatic kinder joy egg machine in China. This machine could process from printed sheet roll unwinding, heating, printed sheet position forming, two color chocolate filling, ball biscuit/chocolate ball filling, manual filling mini toys, lid film heat sealing, half egg central cutting, full egg auto close and ultrasonic pasting, die cutting, finished full egg out. This machine has a high degree of automation, stable and reliable operation, less equipment investment, small required plant area, less workers requirement, energy saving, high economic efficiency.

This machine is equipped with smart PLC and Touch Panel control, inverter speed control, servomotor feeding, fault display, auto alarm, quickly mold change, easy operation. Main components adopt domestic, Taiwan, Japan etc. famous high-quality brands to ensure machine stable and reliable working.

1.    Liquid chocolates, ball biscuit/ball chocolate and toys will be provided by the customer, we could provide customer the spoons, packaging materials (printed sheet and printed sealing film) on extra cost.

2.    The power voltage supplier in customer’s factory should be stable, otherwise, have to buy a voltage stabilizer for our auto full egg machine.

3.    The guarantee of ultrasonic mold is three months; therefore, we suggest customers to buy extra ultrasonic mold as spare in stock.

4.    The customer needs to prepare the following equipment in advance: Laser Date Printer, Air Cooling Chiller for mold cooling,Screw Air compressor with Air Dryer.
